How You Opt In
You may provide consent to receive SMS messages from Txt Joy through any of the following methods:
- Website button: Clicking any "Text to start" or "Send a card" button on txtjoy.com presents a consent modal. You must check an unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive SMS messages before the messaging app will open. The Continue button is disabled until consent is confirmed.
- Setup page: During account setup at txtjoy.com/setup, you must check an unchecked consent checkbox before your phone number can be submitted. Submission is blocked without this step.
- Keyword / text-in: If you text our number directly, you will receive a welcome message asking you to reply YES to confirm enrollment. No further messages are sent until you reply YES.
In all cases, consent is explicit, unchecked by default, and never a condition of any purchase.
What Messages You'll Receive
Txt Joy is a single-purpose transactional SMS program. All messages we send relate directly to an active card order you have initiated — covering order intake, card personalization, payment, and order completion confirmation. We do not send promotional, marketing, or unsolicited messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Most orders involve 4–6 messages from start to delivery confirmation. You will never receive messages unless you have initiated contact with us.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Txt Joy does not charge for SMS messages separately — standard carrier rates apply.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
To re-enable messaging after opting out, simply text us again to restart your account.

Supported Carriers
Txt Joy's SMS service is available on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary.
