Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Txt Joy service operated by TXT JOY LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By texting us or using our service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

Txt Joy is an SMS-based greeting card service. By texting our number, you can order a real, physical greeting card that we will write, address, stamp, and mail on your behalf to a US address.

• The service is available to US phone numbers only.
• Physical delivery is available to US mailing addresses only.
• No app download or account creation is required.
• Each card order is a separate transaction priced at $5.99 unless otherwise stated.

SMS Consent & Communications

Txt Joy's SMS program is a single-purpose transactional service. All messages sent by Txt Joy relate directly to an active card order you have initiated — covering order intake, personalization, payment, and order completion. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

You will never receive messages from Txt Joy unless you have initiated an order by texting us first.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed and confirmed via SMS. A payment link will be sent to complete your purchase.
• Payment is due before your card is processed and mailed.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
• We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Card Content & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content of the message written in your card. By submitting a card message, you confirm that it:

• Does not contain hate speech, harassment, or threats toward any individual.
• Does not violate any applicable laws.
• Does not include content that is obscene or sexually explicit.
• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to decline any order we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion, with a full refund.

Delivery & Timing

• We aim to mail cards the same day an order is confirmed and paid.
• Delivery times are subject to USPS standard mail timelines and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a card is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a replacement at a discounted rate.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because our cards are personalized and often mailed same-day, cancellations may not be possible once an order is in production. Please contact us as soon as possible at help@txtjoy.com or (850) 989-8569 if you need to cancel.

• Full refunds are available if your card has not yet been processed.
• If your card was mailed and lost in transit, we will send a replacement at no charge.
• Refunds are not available for cards that were delivered successfully.

Privacy

Your use of Txt Joy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take your privacy seriously and do not sell your personal information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TXT JOY LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
